A Class Tour with GreenForce and Viridi

The Park Electricity & Magnetism class recently embarked on an enlightening tour of battery manufacturer GreenForce Training, Inc. and Viridi, delving into the intricacies of their impactful partnership. During the visit, students gained insights into the profound local and global impacts created by both organizations. The tour not only highlighted the scientific aspects of battery manufacturing but also shed light on the diverse career opportunities connected to this innovative field.

Particularly, the students were introduced to GreenForce Training’s significant influence on Viridi and the Eastside community, where Viridi is situated. Notably, GreenForce Training stands out as one of the pioneering trainers in the United States dedicated to the manufacturing of batteries, led by Park parent Jeffrey M. Conrad, who serves as the President of GreenForce Training.

It’s worth noting that The Park School of Buffalo takes pride in being the only co-ed, PreK – Grade 12, and Montessori school in Western New York. The school is committed to nurturing academically and socially prepared problem solvers, empowering students with confidence, critical thinking skills, and a genuine desire to contribute to making the world a better place.
